About Dil Phagura
Advanced Client Solutions Team Lead
Over the course of the last eight years, Dil Phagura has built an accomplished career as an Advanced Client Solutions Manager and team lead at ReputationDefender. He began his tenure at the company as part of its sales team, wherein, as an account manager, he served both small-and-medium businesses and enterprise clients. To this end, Dil Phagura leveraged consultative sales strategies to present ReputationDefender’s services to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and follow up with newly onboarded customers. He soon joined the Advanced Client Solutions team, which he initially served as a manager before moving into the position of senior manager and team lead.
Since 2014, Dil Phagura has developed numerous sales portfolios that include nearly 500 accounts ranging from Fortune 500 companies to business executives. He has also played a key role in hiring sales representatives and ensuring that each new employee fully understands and complies with ReputationDefender’s policies. Mr. Phagura frequently works with other company departments to ensure that each team is surpassing customer expectations. All the while, he has achieved an average of 140 percent of his annual sales quota and generated revenue of around $10 million. As a result, ReputationDefender has recognized Mr. Phagura with its Sales MVP award for the last seven years.
Concurrent to his role on ReputationDefender’s Advanced Client Solutions team, Mr. Phagura has been a real estate investor. In 2016, he began focusing on managing and flipping residential properties located across Northern California. Additionally, Mr. Phagura oversees the development of new residences designed for multi-family and single-family use. By 2022, he had significantly grown his real estate portfolio.
Mr. Phagura holds a bachelor of science in accounting from California State University, Chico.
